All non-recyclable trash (which does not include food waste) must be wrapped in plastic bags that are security closed and put into the trash rooms located in each building.

Recyclable items should be placed in designated containers in accordance with instructions provided.

Oversized containers, boxes, and other materials shall be cut and folded and neatly placed in the trash room. Items too large for trash rooms shall be reported to the engineer for special collection. Please note an additional fee may be required to dispose of oversized items.

All Apartments may be subject to inspection for pests by the Staff and extermination services will be undertaken as required in accordance with a regular schedule. The cost of special extermination services will be charged to the Tenant requiring it.
