Tenants shall not make any alterations or additions to, or erect, or cause to be erected any structure in or upon their Apartments unless the Landlord, in its discretion, provides Tenant with prior written consent. Any such consent by the Landlord will be subject to such terms and conditions as the Landlord may impose on a case by case basis.
