The Property Manager is responsible for the efficient management and operation of the Premises in accordance with these Rules. The Property Manager or the Engineer is required to notify a Tenant, occupant, or guest, of the violation of any Rule.

Upon the Property Manager’s receipt of a written complaint from any person alleging violation of any Rule or posted notice, or in the event the Property Manager has reason to believe there has been a violation, the Property Manager shall notify the person or persons alleged to have been in violation. Unless the issue shall be resolved after discussions between the relevant Tenant and the Property Manager, the Property Manager shall report the violation to the Landlord for resolution in accordance with a procedure established by the Landlord.
