Tenant shall purchase general liability insurance to protect against personal injury, including death, arising from an accident on the Premises or within the building or from an act of negligence on the part of Tenant or guests. Tenant shall also purchase personal property insurance covering its furniture, furnishings, equipment and other personal property on the Premises.
